- Can I send you an order without paying on line?
Yes, complete your basket and complete the checkout, but do not actually pay. We then receive the order as a pending order and send you an email for confirmation of a suitable delivery or collection time. If delivering we would collect payment by cash or card, but we cannot leave orders should there be no one to pay. Regretfully we can no longer accept cheques for payment.
- Why do I lose my order if I try to go back after checking out?
When you check out, all financial data is transferred to Barclays secure payment website. There is no link between the two sites at this stage. The Newhousefarm site has assumed you have finished shopping and automatically empties the basket.
- How can I put in place a regular weekly delivery?
A great idea if you would like us to deliver a regular order. Please email us on email@example.com and we will put in place your requirements and your preferred payment method.
- Do I have to pay for delivery?
Currently, no. Providing your order is a minimum of £20.00 we will always endeavour to keep your costs down by not charging for delivery, but please check our Delivery page for deliveries outside of our area.
- Do your prices compare favourably with supermarkets?
Most definitely. We regularly check a basket of items against supermarket prices, our prices are often less than the equivalent supermarket items. There are of course fantastic home made goodies with no supermarket equivalent.
